Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl

Get ready to fall in love, ya’ll because this creamy, delicious superfood smoothie bowl tastes JUST like a piece of homemade pumpkin pie!!! Trust me, ladies! Trust me. 😉 This is gonna be your FAVE breakfast GO TO this season. ENJOY!!!


  • 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology

  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice (plus some more to sprinkle over the top)

  • 2 pitted dates

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup almond milk (add more if the mixture is too thick)

  • 4 ice cubes

  • TOPPINGS – dried cranberries, sliced banana, pumpkin seeds


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add more almond milk if too thick, but be careful not to add too much! You want a SOLID base to hold all your goodies!!!

  3. Pour into bowl and top with dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and 1/2 a sliced banana.
