1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 tsp coconut extract
Combine everything into a mason jar (the ingredients are enough for ONE jar). Make as many jars as you need for the week on Sunday to make life easier in the AM!
Stir to combine and let sit in the fridge overnight.
