2 weeks DONE-ZO – {LIFT. HIIT. REST. REPEAT.} LAUNCH PARTY

I can’t believe that I’m already done with TWO WEEKS of my newest program- LIIFT4.

The first two weeks of LIIFT4 have been SO FREEING. Like…seriously. All year long I’ve been committing to almost hour long workouts, 6 days per week. I’ve put yoga to the side. I’ve been restricting my nutrition in ways that were not in alignment with my BEST SELF and I just was draining myself, to be completely honest.

INSERT LIIFT4 and it’s been a BREATH OF FRESH AIR.

Seriously, ya’ll.

I {only} workout 4 days per week for 30-40 minutes each time. The workouts are completely guided by a personal trainer (whom happens to be my boyfriend…just don’t tell him OR his wife OR my husband 🤣). On the rest days (Wed/Sat/Sun) I get to decide what my body needs. Mostly it’s been yoga on Wednesday, running on Saturdays, and then a lot of R&R on Sundays (including a MUCH needed trip to get massages and soak in our FAVE tub rooms here in CA). I LOVE that I get to decide what my body needs, but MORE SO, I love the variety that comes with. I’ve been getting out and walking more to just MOVE and I even finished a mile run the other day in 8:47!!! That was already after doing two miles and thinking…hmmmm…I wonder how fast I’m going. HA!

The other aspect of LIIFT4 that I’ve been loving is that the meal plan is SIMPLE. No restrictions on WHEN I can eat what, just guidelines for what types of foods I should be having throughout the day. And I’m loving it so much that I wanted my clients to be able to ROCK the SOCKS off the nutrition portion of this program, too! Check out the supa cute TRACKERS I made for them!!! 🤩🤩🤩

Oh…and don’t even get me started on the TREAT DAY. One day per week we get to go off plan and eat our fave treats/cheats. I’ve honestly never done something like this before and seriously scoffed at others for doing that. But you know what?! Insert foot into mouth because it’s WUR-K-ING!!! I feel so empowered in my choices and it makes me really not mind my “healthy” options because I’m looking forward to a little flexibility and balance at the end of the week. Last week I totally made In-n-Out my TREAT MEAL and it was SO WORTH IT. Oh…and the next morning I woke up and got right back on plan and took THESE two week transformation pics.

ANNNNNNND I think it’s safe to say that these “living room” workouts WERK. 🤸🏼‍♀️🙌🏼💁🏼‍♀️

It’s nothing fancy, ladies. Just 4 workouts per week with a little bit of classic old skool lifting + some HIIT training.

Seriously though. I still have 6 more weeks of this program and I can’t freaking WAIT to see where this takes my body and share it with YOU along the way. But why sit on the sidelines and watch?!
