In the past, this time of year was a struggle for me. 😩🚌

Halloween parties.
Loads of candy.
Pumpkin spice lattes.
Thanksgiving get togethers.
Leftovers and indulgence til I POPPED.
Christmas cookies.
Treats and temptations.

Day 1 versus Day 21

And then I’d get to New Years and think…OK, Britt. This year will be different.

And it never was.

I had the BEST INTENTIONS.
But I took ZERO ACTION.

For years the holidays became an excuse for binge eating and drinking.
And now they are a time of love and celebration.
