Frankie’s {FAVE} Crock Pot Meal for Dogs 🐾

A few months back Charlie and I watched another documentary on Netflix that forever scarred us. 🙈

We watched “Pet Fooled” and learned a lot about what goes into the food our pets eat. After that, I began researching crock pot meals to make at home. Keep in mind that I’m not a vet, so I would always recommend doing your homework before diving into a new routine with your fur baby.

A lot of people have initially asked me about serving sizes. Again, I would check with your vet, but I give Frankie 1/4 cup – 1 cup of food per day. Within this amount I still mix a little bit of Blue Buffalo kibble so that he gets some added nutrients PLUS it cleans his teeth.

The truth is, Frankie LOVES this food. His fur is so soft and shiny and he is always STARVING come meal time. 🤣

Frankie takes DOG-FOOD-CROCKPOT-DAY seriously!!! 😂🤣🌭

Alright…let’s win you the DOG MOM of the YEAR award. Check out the RECIPE >>> 🐾

Frankie’s {FAVE} Crock Pot Meal
1 package chicken thighs (3-5)
1 package ground turkey
1 bag frozen peas/carrots
1 bag frozen green beans
1 can pumpkin
1 sweet potato, diced
1 bag frozen butternut squash (or 2 cups diced)
2 cups water

Cook on low for 8 hours. Remove chicken and shed/remove bones. Put enough for one week in the fridge and freeze the rest.
