Three. Freakin. Weeks.
That’s it.
In my living room (or hotel).
With workouts that last around 30 minutes. 😳😳😳

Day 1 versus Day 21

But here’s what you don’t see in this then and now pic ➡️➡️➡️

Early morning workouts.
Focused nutrition.
Gave up alcohol for the majority of this.
Zero processed foods.
Shakeology as a non negotiable.
Positive words on loop in my head.
Lots of water. Lots of sleep.
A TRIBE of women who cheered me on.
Days where I lacked motivation.
Days when I didn’t “feel like it.”
Getting it done anyways.

I get it that you might be skeptical.
I get it that you have fears of failing.
I get it that you are nervous.
I get that you have a long journey ahead.

What I don’t get is why you don’t start TODAY.
