Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

I’m a pumpkin EVERYTHING kinda gal. If you don’t know that about me…strap in.

This fall is, it’s about to get REAL…

I’ve already got a HEALTHIER version of the pumpkin spice latte.

DIY Pumpkin Spice Creamer

A pumpkin smoothie that you’ll want OVER and OVER again.

Maple Cream Cheese Glazed Pumpkin Muffins

Pumpkin Pie Energy Balls

and…a Honey Pumpkin Spice Smoothie, for when you’re feelin’ frisky! 😉

But I’m adding to my list. And since I have a new found LOVE {passion} for overnight oats, I figured my first pumpkin recipe of the season had to be a remix of my Maple Brown Sugar Overnight Oats.

All the flavors of pie.

In an easy to grab in the morning mason jar meal.
