Equipment Needed: Medium to light weights

Do each move for in the circuit for as many reps as indicated. Repeat each circuit 2 times for a TOTAL of 3 rounds per circuit. You’ve got this!!! You should be rockin’ those tank top arms in about 30 minutes! 🙂 {ps the final circuit does not use weights}


  • dumbbell rows (30 total)

  • chest press (45 total)

  • jumping jacks (30 seconds each rep)

  • renegade row (10 per side, 30 total each side)

  • shoulder press (45 total)

  • tricep pullovers (30 total)

  • chest flies (45 total)

  • high knees (30 seconds each rep)

  • pushups (30 total)

  • plank (hold for 1 min per rep)

  • superman lifts (30 total)
