Before you answer that, let me just say this:

AMPING UP YOUR AUGUST starts with a CHOICE.

So let’s chat MOTIVATION, today.
I want you to know that it’s TOUGH to stay motivated.
Fitness routines and eating healthy can sometimes feel like a death march.
Once the excitement of the resolution or big event has worn off, we are left with, well….a lot of hard work.

Amirite?!

Losing motivation is COMPLETELY NORMAL, sister!!! It happens all the time. When you’re stuck in a rut (and maybe you are now) I hope you know that there is an entire virtual fitness community  just waiting to wrap it’s arms around you here at runtoyourhappyplace.

August can kinda feel like the time to slow down.
“I’ll wait til September.”
“I spent too much this summer, I don’t have the money to take care of me right now.”
“With school starting, I’ll have more time.”

PS Didn’t you say you’d have time once summer kicked in?!

I hope you’re really hearing me, though.

AUGUST IS NOT THE TIME TO SLOW DOWN.
You are worth it.
Your health is worth it.
Your family needs you to be the best YOU there is.
You have the money.
You have the time.
You have an invitation.

A fun way to wrap up the summer with a community of women who have your back. Fitness. Nutrition. Support. And a WHOLE lotta FUN!!! We start Aug 7 with a week of planning and prep and then work for three weeks to end our summer STRONG!

2. SHIFT SHOP LAUNCH PARTY round 2!!!
