I’m ready to MAKE the SHIFT- Week 1 STARTS tomorrow!!!

All week long we’ve been prepping for SUCCESS in our SHIFT SHOP LAUNCH PARTY and tomorrow it gets REAL.

My mind is READY.

Groceries are purchased.

Meals are planned.

Promises are MADE.

The FOCUS on OURSELVES begins.

Three weeks. 6 workouts per week. 3 meals per day and 2 snacks. And a whole lotta DIGGIN’ DEEP. I seriously CAN’T WAIT!!!

One of the COOLEST parts are these agility markers you use.

In our group, I’m empowering and inspiring the ladies to take these markers and design them based on what they want to achieve.

Every time they hit that marker…it means something.

Here’s what it means to me.

Inhale confidence. Exhale doubt.
And above all else…take this journey and #inspirebeauty with it. Show other women what’s possible. Free them from excuses and barriers. Inspire them to be brighter and shinier.

And as far as meal planning and prepping go, well this one is a NO BRAINER. The program helps guide you to what plan you should be on based on a calorie bracket points system. Once you determine your plan, there is a meal plan in place for the week complete with a grocery list! I adapted it slightly to cater to our mostly meat free needs and hit the grocery store up early this morning to have everything ready to go!

And last but not least…the promise I’m making to myself and to YOU. I want to see what can truly happen- mind, body, spirit – when I take on the full nutrition program and workout plan without cheating. That’s my promise because I want to show others that it IS possible. The next three weeks I won’t be locked in a closet. I actually have travel plans and some fun events towards the end that WILL challenge me a bit to stay on track.
