Wrapping Up MAY with a 🎀

One of the things I am most thankful for at this stage in my health journey is my ability to listen to myself and take my own advice.

I feel like I’m the WORST at taking my own advice, but I’ve begun to really see myself through the lens of others and speak/react to myself the way others would.

Diving into May, I abandoned my morning yoga while I took on a hybrid routine of three of my FAVE workout programs – Core de Force, PiYo, and 21 Day Fix.

I was loving the burn.

I was feeling unstoppable.

But I got to the fourth week and my body just needed a break. It needed some YOGA.

So, I listened. Last week I modified every workout that was originally planned and swapped it out with some yoga.

And I’m feeling AMAZING as I bring May to a close!

So what’s the plan for JUNE?!

First up, I’m doing the 5 day RECOVERY calendar from Beachbody’s YOGA STUDIO.

Then, I will be doing a FUN mash up of my FAVE Shaun T. workouts as we lead up to SHAUN WEEK (details coming this week!!!). Basically, June is the month of remembering why I love to hate Shaun T. 😜

And as for our meal plan, this week, we are sticking with some favorites! Black Bean Sliders with potato salad and watermelon for this Memorial Holiday, Zucchini Boat Enchiladas, Vegetarian Edamame “Fried” Rice with Spring Rolls, Cauliflower Nuggets and Fries, and Veggie Naan Pizzas.
