50 Benefits of Yoga + a {YUMMY} Frozen Treat 🍦

One of my favorite things to do in the morning is yoga. I love greeting the day with a sun salutation. I love warming my body up without causing it stress first thing. I love the way it clears my mind and allows me to pray over what’s on my heart.

And I love watching the women in our online fitness community reap similar benefits to their own personal yoga practice.

It is called a practice for a reason. Yoga is something you are encouraged to return to over and over again to work on. It is never about being perfect. It’s simply about showing up.

And in pursuit of my 2017 mantra – SHOW UP – I wanted to share with you 50 benefits to SHOWING UP to a daily yoga practice, even if it’s 10 minutes of Savasana {yeah…you know you’ve done that}.
