RESULTS ARE IN!!! {insanity max30}

60 days ago I decided that I needed a bit of a challenge. I decided that I had to stop hiding from a program that so many of my friends and colleagues have tried and loved. I decided to attack insanityMAX30.

Just like the name says, it is INSANE.

My goal was to improve my athleticism and I totally crushed that goal. By the end of month 1, I was able to complete every workout without stopping for a break (or “maxing out” as the program likes to call it). In month two, I didn’t think it was going to be possible, but I did it! I finished the final week with zero breaks!!!

The last two months were mentally and physically hard, but they challenged me to push myself farther than I ever would have before.

All I can say is AMEN that Insanity Max 30 is OVER!!! I love Shaun T. I love how great I feel. I love the before and after comparisons. But I’m SO ready for a different form of fitness! The last two months kicked my BOOTY!!!

So what’s next for me now that IM30 is done?!?

What I love the most about Beachbody programs is that there is a HUGE selection and lots of variety.

A.) it keeps me from becoming bored, but B.) it also allows me the chance to change up my routine and work my body in a variety of ways. The last two months have been a MAJOR cardio and strength building blast. I’m ready to tone it down for April with BOD’s YOGA STUDIO.

Yep. Yoga.
