We all feel it. The sun starts to creep into our rooms a tad bit earlier. The chill of winter begins to wear off. You find yourself reaching for those shades and rollin’ with the windows down. Spring, my friends, is in the air!!!
I know I’m GEEKING out for spring to finally arrive. I mean, what the heck am I saying?! I’m in dire need of SUMMER to get here! But I’ll take it in strides! 😉 At least I know that I’m preppin’ for that swimsuit season, NOW! 🙂 The last four weeks have been INCREDIBLE and I am so excited to share with you my halfway results of this 8 week program. What have I been up to? Hammer and Chisel, baby! It’s an at home workout program that focuses on the 3 phases of muscle sculpting- stabilization, strength, and power. And man, oh man, is it KILLER! 🙂 The funny thing is, though, I’ve gotten SO much stronger than I was on day one. I honestly was fearful that the heavy lifting would cause my knees to be damaged and force me to give up. I was SO wrong. My knees actually feel STRONGER now than they did 4 weeks ago. I’m totally sold out to this program! 🙂
But I’m also sold out to SHARING with my friends programs and systems that WORK. I’ve found in my past that just trying to “go at it alone” doesn’t work. And worse than that, I was wasting time in the gym doing workouts that were ineffective. Swimsuit season was never really a reality for me before…but now?! Now it’s just an extension of the last season. I don’t fear having to shed my clothes and I don’t fear having to cover up. I can be bold, proud, and confident in the skin I’m in.
