Blueberry Muffin Shakeology

One of the hardest food groups for me to limit in my healthy diet is carbs! Are you like me?!

I mean, what’s better than some crusty baguette with dipping oil?! Or how about pasta?! And what about breakfast? I mean…breakfast can be a carb-lovers heaven!!! Waffles, pancakes, bagels, and MUFFINS!!! Carb lovers UNITE!!! 🙂

 But we all know that the old saying, “A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips” applies directly to our love affair with carbs! 🙂

But, alas! You know I always help you out!!! This shake recipe is so similar to all the yumminess of a blueberry muffin, but without the muffin top! You’re welcome. 🙂

Blueberry Muffin Shakeology

Ingredients-

  • Vanilla Shakeology

  • 8 oz Vanilla Almond/Soy Milk

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp quick cooking oats

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 4-5 ice cubes

BLEND AND ENJOY!!! 🙂
